The Federation has wanted to redesign the federal exams with the aim of transmitting common values. The Cavalier 1 to 4 and Degree 1 manual allows everyone, while respecting their personality, to progress through the stages that punctuate the training. They are divided into 4 level groups gathered within the work under the acronyms G1 to G4 before obtaining Degree 1.
